As part of the broader Physical Education curriculum, this course fosters not only physical development but also personal growth and community development. Students will engage in activities that promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and self-discipline, supporting a lifelong commitment to health and fitness.

Requirements: Proper exercise attire and a yoga mat are mandatory for participation.

Note: No prior experience is necessary. This course is open to all students eager to learn, grow, and move forward.
