What does contemporary Germany look like? What are the latest trends in culture, politics, and art? What do Germans care about? This course tackles hotly debated issues in Germany such as the rise of the Far Right, German-US relations, immigration policies, political activism, social welfare and poverty. And we do this through the lens of contemporary media. A perfect opportunity to bring your German up to speed!
