Course description

This course examines the acquisition and financing of real property. Topics for the class include: (a) the role and obligations of brokers, (b) purchase and sale agreements, (c) conveyances and title related issues, (d) real estate finance devices and related issues (e.g., foreclosure), and (e) a brief survey of commercial leasing.
