Course description
Fundamentals of cellular and molecular biology. Chemistry of proteins, lipids, and nucleic acids. Applications to biomedical engineering. Function/dynamics of intracellular structures and differentiated animal cells. Application of physical/chemical fundamentals to build mathematical models of cellular, sub-cellular and molecular processes. Course includes lecture + lab components.
