Course description
This course introduces principles and applications of experimental design, emphasizing agricultural, biological, and ecological systems. Topics include completely randomized designs, randomized complete block designs, factorials, split-plot structures, repeated measures, and mixed models, emphasizing applied data analysis using R. AGRO4121/5121 is a cross-listed course for upper-level undergraduate and graduate students (Plant Science majors)(MS/PhD in Applied Plant Science). While lectures and core assignments are shared, expectations and final assessments differ by level (see Graduate Student Requirements).
