Course description

This course will provide you with an introduction to Industrial and Systems Engineering with an emphasis on models and solution methods used in system design, planning, and operation. The course will also provide you with an introduction to important problems Industrial and Systems Engineers solve in systems arising in supply chains, transportation, manufacturing, retail, and healthcare delivery, among others. Additional emphasis will be given to various relevant emerging technologies, business practices, and government regulations.
