Course description

This lecture and studio-based course advances students’ understanding of UX by focusing on team-based, evidence-driven design practice. Students will deepen their skills in user research, prototyping, evaluation, and accessibility through collaborative labs, group projects, and design sprints. They will learn to translate user insights into tangible design outcomes using tools such as journey mapping, wireframing, and cognitive walkthroughs, applying these methods through both experimentation and real-world scenarios. Throughout the course, students will practice presenting and defending their design decisions while producing meaningful, collaborative design outcomes across digital contexts. Students will apply what they learned by executing projects in collaborative groups.
