Course description

This course is designed for second-year pharmacy students to continue to build the skills necessary to become a competent, caring pharmaceutical care practitioner.

prereq: Students must have successfully completed Pharm Care Skills 1, 2, and 3, and Applied Pharmaceutical Care. Students must be concomitantly registered in all required PD2 courses in order to have the content required to complete integrated activities, e.g., students must be enrolled in Diabetes in order to successfully complete the patient care sequence utilizing diabetes content in this course. Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis.
