Course description

This MSSCM cohort-only course serves as the core foundations for the program. The course provides an overview of key strategic concepts and frameworks in supply chain and operations management. The course addresses key decision areas for supply chain managers, including process, quality, capacity, inventory, and the supply chain. The course takes an end-to-end systems perspective of the global supply chain, providing an overview of how to evaluate, improve, and lead the supply chain, from suppliers to customers. Supply chain professionals and case studies from a variety of industries are featured to highlight how supply chain concepts apply broadly in various industries and settings.
