This one-credit course is an optional supplement to the 3-credit Evidence course offered as LAW 6219. Students may enroll in this course only if concurrently enrolled in LAW 6219 with the same instructor. The course will provide an opportunity for students to write about evidence issues in various formats (e.g., motions, memos).
