Course description

This course is a transformative 14-week journey into the future of healthcare leadership. It is an interdisciplinary exploration of the ways artificial intelligence and cutting-edge innovation can be harnessed to build more sustainable, equitable, and efficient healthcare systems. Students will gain a strategic understanding of AI technologies—from predictive analytics and digital platforms to generative models—and how they intersect with environmental sustainability, operational efficiency, and health equity. Through real-world case studies, hands-on projects, and insights from global health organizations, students will learn to navigate the complex challenges of modern healthcare while designing solutions that are innovative, tech-enabled, people-centric, and planet-conscious. Key themes include:
● AI-driven solutions for population health and personalized care
● Sustainable operations and green healthcare infrastructure
● Innovation ecosystems and design thinking in healthcare
● Health equity, digital inclusion, and responsible innovation
