Epidemiology Ph.D.

The Epidemiology PhD program trains students to use rigorous quantitative methods to build evidence for public health and clinical care. Training covers descriptive methods to examine public health trends; theories of causal inference; study design and implementation; statistical methods for estimating exposure–outcome associations; and interpretation of research results.

The School of Public Health is accredited by the Council on Education for Public Health (CEPH).
