Sexual Health M.P.S.

Developed and offered in partnership with the Eli Coleman Institute for Sexual and Gender Health at the Medical School, the Master of Professional Studies in Sexual Health is a stackable professional master’s degree designed for the unique needs of current or aspiring sexuality educators and and advocates. Students in this program acquire the applied skills and rigorous, research-based knowledge that are integral to success in the sexual health sector. In addition, the curriculum is aligned with core knowledge areas and select training requirements for optional future certification as Sexuality Educator or Sex Therapist by the American Association of Sex Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT), the leading professional certification organization for the sexual health field. CCAPS has been an AASECT-approved Continuing Education provider since July 2020.
