It provides students with a unique opportunity to work on cross-cultural teams with students from across the world enrolled at a partner university to address a business issue posed by the sponsoring company. The course is designed to: increase students ability to work in diverse teams and analyze problems from a global perspective; help students develop a more robust understanding of the business topic of the project; and increase students tolerance for working through ambiguous situations.
