Course description

Why is college so stressful, and how can I better manage my stress? Why is sleep so important, and how can I get more of it? Why am I spending so much time on Snapchat instead of doing my homework? In this class, we will discuss issues relevant to the lives of college students. The goal of this course is to learn about basic principles in psychology, and how psychological research provides insight into some of these and other questions.
