Course description

This course offers a hands-on, practical approach to evidence-based project and program management within healthcare organizations. It provides a comprehensive examination of healthcare projects, the dynamics of project teams, and emerging trends that impact the field. Students will engage with various project management methodologies and applications while also developing essential leadership, facilitation, and team collaboration skills.
