Course description
Rooted in Design Thinking principles, this course equips students with tools and strategies to design a college experience that aligns with their values, interests, needs, and goals.
Through personal reflection, in-class activities, and out-of-class assignments, students will reflect on their personal values, identities, needs, and strengths and utilize prototyping to explore various academic, engagement, and career opportunities.
Students will also define what success means to them, explore possible barriers to their success, build a community of support within Carlson, and practice strategies to build confidence in their decision-making skills.
prereq: Carlson School of Management student
