Course description
This class will focus on two elements of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEI&B):
1) awareness of how different social identities intersect to impact experiences in the workplace
2) skills building/behavior training and other strategies to address DEI&B in an organizational context
The primary audience for this class will be graduate students who plan to be Human Resources Development (HRD) leaders and those who are in the online Master in Learning and Talent Development (MLTD) program.
