Course description
This embedded study abroad course will explore aspects of agriculture, food, and culture in southern France in comparison to each student’s experience in their home community. This course will first begin with a travel experience during August, and then meet on-campus following the travel portion of the course during the fall semester with a focus on thriving in college. Please note that you must also apply and confirm your spot for this seminar through the Learning Abroad Center.
