The program fosters a deep lifetime connection to creating art and creatively and critically engaging in issues of social, environmental, and economic justice.

The program provides shared studio space for every student. Graduates have gone on to receive prestigious grants, to attend the most competitive MFA programs and to become practicing artists and social change agents of the highest caliber.
