Human Resource Development Certificate

OLPD 3601, OLPD 3621, and OLPD 3641 must be completed before a student can enroll in OLPD 4696 for their Applied Experience. Students must complete at least 2 credits of an Applied Experience, which is a culminating experience to apply HRD concepts in real-world settings. OLPD 4696 must be taken concurrent with active participation in an HRD-related work experience. Eligibility to register for OLPD 4696 requires students to have met the prerequisite courses, secured a position and propose that role to the Department.
