Human Resource Development Postbaccalaureate Certificate

The certificate program in human resource development (HRD) focuses on the training of human resources and organizational change issues. The HRD program is offered by the Organizational Leadership, Policy, and Development (OLPD) in the College of Education and Human Development (CEHD). Courses at the University of Minnesota campus are offered at a variety of times, including late afternoons and evenings.
