Asian American Studies Minor

Students will develop critical analyses of historical and contemporary Asian American communities, subjectivities, and cultural productions.

Students will demonstrate interdisciplinary knowledge and application between Asian American Studies and their major.

Students will both engage with and produce multimodal forms of writing, research, media, and/or presentations that examine exigent issues in Asian American communities.

Students will relate their positionalities, their own lived experiences and personal histories within broader structures that have shaped Asian America.
