Program learning outcomes

1) Strategic Thinking and Planning: Students will be able to create and execute strategic communication plans, analyze complex situations, and formulate effective and ethical communication strategies to achieve organizational goals. 2) Leadership and Teamwork: Students will be able to lead teams, manage projects, write for organizational executives and work cohesively with diverse groups to achieve organizational objectives. 3) Effective Communication: Students will be able to create clear, ethical, and persuasive messages for diverse stakeholders and across different platforms that are crucial for compelling storytelling. 4) Business Fundamentals: Students will be able to identify internal business processes and financial strategies necessary for success across various organizational contexts and industries. 5) Theory and Research: Students will be able to Identify the relevant theories and research methods to analyze data, make informed, ethical decisions and adapt to global trends. 6) Media and Technology Proficiency: Students will demonstrate how to navigate social media analytics platforms, content management systems, and other contemporary communication tools to engage with stakeholders more effectively. 7) Brand Management: Students will be able to identify branding techniques that create trust, loyalty and lasting brand value. 8) Crisis Management: Students will be able to identify strategies to manage crises through ethical planning, media relations and maintaining a positive brand image in the face of adversity.
