Certificate programs use courses from our teaching licensure programs. As such, the program uses the outcomes established in administrative rule by Minnesota’s Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board (PELSB). These are robust outcomes, organized as general pedagogy standards and language teaching knowledge and methodology standards.
