CIDE
● Analyze the complexity of classrooms, schools, and formal and non-formal educational institutions in international contexts.
● Design and support international/intercultural exchanges and learning abroad programs.
EPL
● Assess school organization and policies, instructional strategies, and student outcomes.
● Understand the role of personal epistemologies and the role in systematic reproductive oppressive trends in educating minoritized students.
Evaluation Studies
● Frame and conceptualize organizational issues,
● Assess the performance of public and nonprofit programs, and
● Apply advanced techniques in evaluation and measurements in order to get actionable and reliable results.
Higher Education
● Unpack complicated issues in higher education and understand those issues from multiple vantage points,
● Assess the performance of institutions of higher education and their components
Human Resource Development
● Explore a variety of development approaches and options and make recommendations based on an organization’s goals.
● Increase an organization’s or unit’s effectiveness through research-driven strategies and programs.

Human Resource Development

Analyze, design, implement, and evaluate research-informed learning and development solutions that enhance organizational and unit effectiveness, with an emphasis on real-world application and up-to-date practice.

Integrate theory and practice by developing transferable and emerging HRD competencies, enabling the workforce to develop their skills across diverse workplaces and sociocultural contexts.
