Mastery of knowledge. Specifically, acquiring training in critical, comparative, and relational race, ethnicity, indigeneity, disability, gender, and sexuality studies
Critical thinking. Specifically, the development of critical analytical skills needed to apply scholarly knowledge to a diverse array of real-world contexts.
Engaging Diversity. Specifically, the development of diverse research methods appropriate and/or complementary to minors’ primary discipline, as well as understanding diverse ways of knowing across cultures and communities.
Active Citizenship. Specifically, engagement with community-based knowledge and forms of advocacy.
