Master’s students select 6 credits, and doctoral students select 9 credits in consultation with the student's minor advisor or the Faculty Director of the Center on Women, Gender and Public Policy. Other courses can be selected with approval of the Faculty Director of the Center on Women, Gender, and Public Policy. Approval of the Faculty Director of the Center on Women, Gender and Public Policy is required upon completion of coursework.

Students not in the Law School should note that seats in Law courses are prioritized for law students and seating for students outside of Law are generally limited. Law 6827, moreover, is not offered every year.
