Program learning outcomes
The DPT program has 9 overarching program goals. Most goals include one or more metrics linked to DPT students, including 3 key outcomes required by the external DPT accrediting agency: graduation rate, physical therapist licensure exam pass rates, and employment rates. To achieve these and other student-focused program outcome metrics, specific learning objectives are developed for each course in the lockstep curricular sequence, which is presented here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1P5gtwCmPtejXWsV2WQ_ahOftJIqNaCmY/view?usp=sharing Each course has an aligned course description highlighting the intent of the course in the 3-year trajectory of the DPT curriculum. All program learning outcomes are labeled at the "Introduce, Develop, or Reinforce" learning level, as well as linked to one or more accreditation-required curricular elements (Standard 7).
