Program learning outcomes

CIDE ● Analyze the complexity of classrooms, schools, and formal and non-formal educational institutions in international contexts. ● Design and support international/intercultural exchanges and learning abroad programs. EPL ● Assess school organization and policies, instructional strategies, and student outcomes. ● Understand the role of personal epistemologies and the role in systematic reproductive oppressive trends in educating minoritized students. Evaluation Studies ● Frame and conceptualize organizational issues, ● Assess the performance of public and nonprofit programs, and ● Apply advanced techniques in evaluation and measurements in order to get actionable and reliable results. Higher Education ● Unpack complicated issues in higher education and understand those issues from multiple vantage points, ● Assess the performance of institutions of higher education and their components Human Resource Development ● Explore a variety of development approaches and options and make recommendations based on an organization’s goals. ● Increase an organization’s or unit’s effectiveness through research-driven strategies and programs.

Human Resource Development

Examine, theorize, and investigate learning and development phenomena to advance research-informed knowledge that enhances organizational and unit effectiveness and contributes to the evolving HRD scholarly literature and practice.

Integrate theory and practice by developing transferable and emerging HRD competencies, enabling the workforce to develop their skills across diverse workplaces and sociocultural contexts.
